Prosthetics workshop -casting a nose

First of all we sculpted a nose using wax based clay onto a plaster cast normal nose, I decided to be a bit creative and try an animal like a dog

We put clay around the sides leaving 3mm of plaster showing for the top layer of plaster to contact , the holes are for support.

Then we built a wall , used internal and external sausages of water based clay to seal the mould. Then for the mixing and pouring of the top layer of plaster. Now I have to wait for it to set and see how my two part mould turns out.
